Tools & techniquesA complete brand identity system for system.fm, a two-day underground cultural event set at Portland's North Warehouse — a runway showcase, curated vendor market, and after-hours rave under one tightly coded visual identity.
The brand draws on brutalist, industrial, and retro-futurist aesthetics, built around a high-contrast palette of black, electric yellow, crimson red, and acid green. The primary logotype uses a custom fluid letterform, paired with a secondary mark — (SYS) — with a lightning-bolt motif that reinforces the energy and transmission theme. A dot-matrix display face and monospaced body copy deepen the digital-industrial feel.
Expressions span event posters, street-posted flyers, a physical CD mailer invitation, wayfinding on repurposed caution stands, building exterior murals, and an Eventbrite ticketing page — one system-driven language across every touchpoint.

Runway, rave, and market posters — printed, wheatpasted, and wrapped around poles across Portland.
