Tools & techniquesHILOS is a Portland footwear-design software startup, and my lane there sits between the product and the people who use it: visual media, creative marketing, and the motion and email systems that carry a launch from first teaser to activated user.
The work ranges from the GHOST launch — logo animation, hype video, and the orb sequence that anchors the campaign — to social motion for the Designer in Residency program, event promos for Open Haus, a brand identity redesign, and a full lifecycle email program designed and built end to end.
Everything is made to feel like one system: the same restraint in type and color, the same tactile motion language, whether it lands in a feed, an inbox, or on a screen at an event.

Motion made to live inside HILOS GHOST, from the intro sequence that opens the app to the launch film and product UI loops.
A 12-minute long-form film on the residency, plus the social posts that carried it.
Activation and onboarding emails, designed and coded in light and dark mode.
